Instawork is seeking an AI and Analytics Associate to join our GTM AI pod. You will design and build AI-powered workflows to automate lead enrichment, qualification, and sales outreach using a mix of SQL and agentic AI. Key Responsibilities: - Design AI-powered workflows to automate sales and marketing funnels. - Leverage AI, no-code, and automation tools to increase GTM productivity. - Establish reliable data foundations using SQL and analytics dashboards. - Answer critical business questions by interrogating data with Natural Language (Vibe Coding). - Replace manual routing and qualification processes with autonomous AI agents. Requirements: - Experience in Analytics, GTM Ops, or Sales Ops. - Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools. - AI-native mindset: seeking to automate away every manual operational step. - Strong communication skills to present AI-driven insights to senior leaders.
