About the Role: We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications leveraging various LLMs. You will build sophisticated multi-step agentic workflows, create and optimize RAG pipelines, and work across the full stack to bring AI-powered sustainability solutions to enterprise clients. Core Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications leveraging various LLMs - Build sophisticated multi-step agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph - Create and optimize RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector databases - Perform full-stack development spanning frontend and backend - Lead LLM fine-tuning initiatives for domain-specific applications - Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies - Use AI-powered development tools for code generation and optimization - Bridge Python AI functionality with Java services Requirements: - Computer Science degree or equivalent - 5+ years professional software development experience - Minimum 2 years focused on AI/ML with LLMs - Strong Python proficiency with data science libraries - 1+ year hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph - RAG architecture implementation experience - React and REST API integration skills preferred - Demonstrated use of AI Copilot or similar generative coding tools Why Join Pulsora: - High ownership and autonomy in a high-impact role - Cutting-edge AI development on sustainability-focused solutions - Equity and competitive benefits included - Hybrid flexibility: 2–3 days/week in office for those in NY, SF Bay Area, or Munich; otherwise fully remote
