About the Role The role bridges customer needs with technical execution through hybrid product strategy and AI-assisted building. The ideal candidate leverages AI coding assistants, no-code/low-code builder platforms, and vibe coding techniques to rapidly build interactive prototypes that demonstrate concepts and reduce ambiguity. Core Responsibilities Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - Partner closely with customers to define scope, functionality, and usability requirements - Translate findings into user stories, storyboards, annotated wireframes, and working AI-generated prototypes - Manage expectations transparently around timelines and releases - Represent product in demos, training, and technical sales support AI-Powered Product Development - Use AI coding assistants and no-code/low-code platforms to produce interactive prototypes - Demonstrate concepts using working builds to reduce ambiguity for developers and stakeholders - Champion AI workflows including prompt engineering for spec drafting and automated test case generation - Stay current with evolving AI tools and integrate them into everyday workflows Agile Delivery & Scrum Execution - Own and maintain product backlog with high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria - Collaborate daily with developers, QA, and design teams - Communicate sprint progress, milestones, risks, and blockers consistently Documentation & Enablement - Author customer-facing content: user manuals, in-app help, guides, and release notes - Develop internal feature specs, onboarding materials, and process documentation Required Qualifications - 4+ years product management or hybrid builder/PM experience - Demonstrable history using AI tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0, Claude, or ChatGPT - Solid Agile/Scrum grounding with backlog management and user story writing experience - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Comfort operating in the fast, ambiguous, high-ownership environment of a small, growth-stage company - Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SaaS collaboration platforms Nice-to-Have Skills - Clinical research industry knowledge - eClinical platform experience (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, eConsent) - Track record of shipping production features using AI assistance Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, life/LTD insurance (100% employee premiums covered; 50% dependent coverage) - Flexible work schedules and remote-friendly culture - Weekly company-wide standups Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 USD annually
