Position Overview Zendrop seeks an AI-native Full-Stack Developer capable of delivering complete solutions across the technology stack — using Laravel for backend development and Vue 3 for frontend interfaces. The ideal candidate integrates artificial intelligence into their standard development workflow. The team currently employs AI agents, vibe coding techniques, and machine learning-driven quality assurance processes daily. Hybrid arrangement with required in-office presence at least three days weekly. Key Responsibilities - Develop and ship complete full-stack features utilizing AI-integrated workflows - Create merchant-focused applications that employ AI for asset generation, process automation, and e-commerce problem-solving - Move quickly through prototyping phases, gather user feedback, and refine implementations - Research and implement emerging AI development tools to maintain competitive advantage - Establish and enforce quality benchmarks for code generated through AI systems, including review procedures and safety mechanisms - Partner with product and design teams to expedite feature development and deployment Technical Requirements Core Stack: Laravel, PHP 8+, PostgreSQL, Redis, Vue 3, Pinia, Tailwind CSS, AWS, Docker AI Development Tools: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex Essential Qualifications - Three or more years developing full-stack applications with Laravel and Vue (or React); alternatively, substantial TypeScript expertise combined with AI-first development practices and prior PHP background - Demonstrated daily usage of AI coding tools with shipped production results - Background with AI agent systems, machine learning-driven testing, or vibe coding methodologies - Commitment to hybrid work arrangement with minimum three days per week in-office Preferred Qualifications - Experience creating AI-powered product capabilities or implementing large language model APIs - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms including Shopify and ClickFunnels Compensation & Benefits - Unlimited paid time off - Professional development and advancement pathways - Meaningful contribution to a product serving thousands of merchants globally
