About this role

Timedrift Collective is a game studio built for solo creators — they provide salary, support, and revenue share while you maintain full creative control. They hire AI-native builders as full-time Game Directors (Vibe Coders) who let AI write ~90–95% of the code while driving architecture, taste, and iteration in-engine (Unity). Core responsibilities: own the game end-to-end from concept to 1.0 — systems, feel, moment-to-moment, and scope; rapidly iterate on feel, input, camera, loops, and UX with daily wins and weekly playable momentum; run an AI-native workflow by prompting, reviewing, refactoring, and integrating AI-generated code, art stubs, and tools. Backed by a full-time salary (~$120K) and revenue share. Fully remote, US-based.
