Junior Agentic Engineer — AIMS (AI-Native Builder)

This role is ideal for a builder who possesses a product manager's mindset and the coding prowess of an AI-native developer. Key Responsibilities: - Build & Productize: Create AI systems that address current company challenges and have the potential to evolve into client-facing products. - Ship Fast: Deploy working tools quickly, utilizing AI-assisted workflows and tools like Claude Code and Cursor, aiming for days to production rather than weeks. - Own the Infrastructure: Develop and maintain core AI infrastructure, including MCP servers, RAG pipelines, dashboards, and automated insights. - Document Everything: Ensure all systems are well-documented as playbooks, packaging every success, and evaluating each tool for potential productization. - Manage LLM Limitations: Manage context windows, prompt chains, and agent memory to ensure reliable output. - Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
