Enterprise clients including HubSpot, Microsoft, and Duolingo pay six-figure annual contracts. We are building the future of YouTube strategy and product development. What You'll Actually Do: - Own product features from concept to shipped code - Build working prototypes in hours using Cursor and AI-native workflows - Design and implement beautiful interfaces without designer handoffs - Ship features directly to enterprise clients and iterate based on feedback - Make product decisions and work directly with the founder on strategy and vision - Build internal tools to increase team velocity - Turn rough ideas into polished features by end of day - Use AI tools to move 3–10x faster than traditional development - Own the full stack from React frontend to API integration Requirements: - Mastery of Cursor or equivalent AI-first development environments (this is critical — if you don't use Cursor daily, this role is not for you) - Expert-level React, Next.js, and Tailwind experience - Strong UI design instincts; ability to ship beautiful, polished interfaces without Figma handoffs - Portfolio of live, working products (must be clickable) — no portfolio means no interview - Self-directed execution; comfort making product decisions without detailed specifications - API and database fluency to wire up backend logic quickly - Clear and effective asynchronous communication skills Nice to Have: - SaaS or creator-economy experience - Experience with the YouTube API or analytics platforms This Role Is NOT For: - Candidates who need detailed specifications before starting - Anyone skeptical of AI-first development tools - Those who prefer corporate structure and process - Developers who cannot design interfaces independently - Candidates without Cursor or equivalent AI workflow experience Why This Role Is Different: - Direct access to the founder; your work immediately impacts enterprise clients - No bureaucracy — just build, ship, and iterate - Real product ownership and decision-making authority - Fast feedback loops with paying enterprise customers Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Senior Location: Remote (Poland)
